Funding and Fees
You can choose whether to use your funded hours during term time only, or to stretch them over the 50 weeks a year that we are open, whichever suits you best. If you are stretching your hours, we can work out your weekly entitlement dependent upon what time of year you stretch from. There is no restriction on which session times you use your hours for, we can be flexible depending on your need.
Funding and Fees
If your funded hours cover the total amount of hours you have booked for your child's sessions, there will be no fee payable. We do not charge for extras. Breakfast and snack are inclusive and all children bring a packed lunch with them.
If your child's booked hours exceed their funding allocation - you will be charged for the remaining hours at an hourly rate.

For example, for an autumn starter, if you are entitled to 30 hours, but stretch over 50 weeks of the year, you will have 22.8 funded hours per week. If your child is booked for 24 hours per weeks over 4 days, your funding will cover the first 22.8 hours, and you will pay the remaining 1.2 hours per week.

Invoices are produced monthly on the 1st Monday of the month with payment due 10 days later by bank transfer.
Inset days are non funded, non chargeable days and therefore cannot be swapped.
Sickness and holiday will not be refunded as per our terms and conditions.
